GUIDE 01 / PRIVATE LABELHow to brief a custom sportswear manufacturer
Start with the garments you want to produce, your customer or sport, the preferred fabric, approximate quantity and destination country. Attach reference photographs or a tech pack and make clear whether any artwork is only an inspiration or must be reproduced with permission.
Share your logo files, required decoration method, sizes, packaging preferences and any expected target delivery dates. The clearer the brief, the easier it is to estimate sampling, minimums and costs.
GUIDE 02 / TEAMWEARPreparing your custom team uniform order
For a team kit, list every garment piece, the desired colors, player names and numbers, team crests and total quantities by size. Decide whether the design requires printing, embroidery or another decoration technique.
Ask the supplier to confirm material, fit, print durability, sample approvals and carton packing before bulk production begins.
GUIDE 03 / DESIGN FILESArtwork, size charts and production details
Vector artwork (such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is useful for clean logos and repeatable printing. For complex all-over sublimation, confirm the design template and dimensions with the manufacturer.
Include a graded size chart with body or garment measurements, allowed tolerances and the intended target market. If colors are critical, agree on a reliable color reference and physical approval process.
